Hopfenkranz

Together with Jasmina Zarlenga, we were invited to design the entire guest area of the Hopfenkranz Restaurant in Lucerne. Starting with a sliced cabbage (which is often used in Moritz Stiefels' kitchen), Jasmina continued to draw the texture that ultimately completely wraps the guest.
